In anticipation of Tuesday night's public forum regarding the Bluegrass Community & Technical College's Newtown Pike Master Plan, Tom Eblen discussed the project in his column today.
The public meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 13 at 6:30pm at North Lexington YMCA.
